About KP Learn

KP Learn is Kaiser Permanente’s enterprise-wide learning management system or LMS. It’s a web-based application that allows KP employees, physicians and contingent workers access to an online catalog of learning offerings and course completion records. Enterprise Learning Services (ELS) is the business group that manages KP Learn.

Automated Contingent Worker Access

All new non-KP contingent personnel (temporary workers, contractors, students, volunteers, etc.) with an active NUID are automatically loaded into KP Learn the day after their NUID is created. Your KP Manager must request an NUID for you in the KP Identity Management System (KPIM). Once you have your NUID, you will need to activate your Web-Single Sign-On (WSSO) account which can be done when you log into KP Learn.
