KP Learn-supported browsers

Please follow these guidelines to ensure you have a consistent experience with KP Learn functionality and receive credit for the courses you complete.

Most KP computers come with both Google Chrome and Microsoft IE (Internet Explorer) 11. Some newer computers also have the Microsoft Edge browser.

Notes

  • If you are using one browser and experience issues launching content, the first thing to try in troubleshooting is to change browsers. If you have IE11 open, switch to Google Chrome and retry the action.
  • If you are still experiencing issues, contact the KP help desk.
  • KP-supported browsers change with the latest technology, and this page is updated as content is tested and confirmed to work.
  • To determine what version of IE is on your machine, click Help > About Internet Explorer.

Enable the Flash plugin on web browsers

To allow content containing Flash to play, the Flash plugin must be enabled. On some sites, you may be required to manually enable Flash. Each web browser has slightly different steps

For more information about enabling the Flash plugin, visit the Troubleshooting page for guidance about the specific browser you are using.
