Enterprise Learning provides the following services and self-service options to training groups and learning content owners:

  • Support for KP Learn functions, including setting up courses, uploading batch enrollments, and converting content into web-based training.

KP Learn Group

The new KP Learn Administrators group is live in KP Learn as of February 2025. All KP Learn Administrator resources such as training paths, job aids, discussion board, policies and service requests forms are now in Groups within KP Learn. Groups or individuals who want self-service access to KP Learn tasks such as enrolling learners, creating courses and classes, or other learning administration tasks, can find details on Enterprise Learning Framework (ELF) about the role that best fits their needs.

An online community serving the different administrative roles for KP Learn, including reporting, registrar, instructor, class builder, course builder, and WBT coordinator.
